A.S.O.L.E. HEALING CIRCLES
Safe Spaces. Honest Dialogue. Emotional Growth.
A.S.O.L.E. Healing Circles™ are structured group sessions that provide youth ages 18–25 with a consistent space to process emotions, share experiences, and build emotional intelligence in a trauma-informed environment.
A.S.O.L.E. Healing Circles™ are healing-centered, therapeutic environments where youth and young adults are invited to be seen, heard, and held in affirming spaces. These peer-rooted circles are facilitated by certified Practitioners — trained in THEE S.C.H.O.L.A.R. Doctrine™ — who bring both lived and professional experience to the work. Our aim is to foster emotional wellness, mutual respect, and the kind of inner growth that sparks real evolution.
Core Elements Include:
• Emotional Check-ins: Promoting regular self-awareness and expression.
• Themed Discussions: Topics include grief, relationships, boundaries, identity, healing, and resilience.
• Coping Tools & Practices: Breathwork, mindfulness, journaling, and peer-supported reflection.
• Group Agreements: All participants engage under principles of privacy, non-judgment, transparency, and respect.
Structure:
• Weekly or bi-weekly in-person sessions.
• Occasional guest facilitators for specialized topics.
• Optional one-on-one check-ins for further support.
A.S.O.L.E. Healing Circles™ reinforce community integration, reduce isolation, and help youth develop the emotional foundation required to navigate adulthood empowered and with care.
